Some people are still confused as to why there are bots on most servers. It's simple they help keep the server alive since most people hate waiting by themselves on a server for more to join. Bots are not permanent and will be kicked as more players join in. Empty servers without any bots tend to stay empty because, like I stated, a lot of people hate to wait for others to join. Not hard to understand the purpose of having bots on a server and keeps players occupied until more join in.

I'm having this problem too from playing through natural progression, which is the reason why I didn't want to go the unlockall route. I only hit 1st prestige on PS3 and never managed to get any further (as I prestiged a few years after I hit max level and the game started dying on PS3 by then), so it doesn't seem right for me to go straight to 15th prestige level 50. You can still create classes but you lose access to all of your weapons and perks (including pro upgrades), resulting in you having to buy everything you had again.

@Goliath-Vietnam if you're getting the "no available sessions" error it's due to server has timed out and server owner must manually restart their servers, you may need to restart your game to fix it, or the server was just full.
