Delete the config files from %localappdata%/Plutonium/storage/t6/players and the settings should reset to default again.

@Dragon115 It has always worked like that. When you lose the perma perk you don't lose the health until you down. Though on dedicated servers you can't lose perma perks so even if you down you still keep it. This is because servers do not set players stats.

I present the same problem, my pc is core i5 of 2.50 Ghz, with 6gb of ram, in case you find a solution you can share it please.

Make the drive public please, don't have access to it. Also make sure you don't have any overlays running in the background (afterburner/rivatuner) or avermedia software, etc. Well what are your specs? Do you meet the minimum requirements to play the game? If you do, then you're fine. Also you got the game through our site/Steam right?

EIther shitty internet or you have a very slow HDD. You've got a maximum of 90secs to join a server before it disconnects you. Consider getting a new HDD/SSD.

@HotdogIsSub if this is actually your game and not just your monitor I think you could record a video of it this would be easier to understand or at leas a clearer description of the issue you're having
