@Loctrex Check your fov_scale setting, and reduce it. 1.0 is the default value.

Make sure you don't have any overlays such as msi afterburner/rivatuner running in the background. Upload the dump as stated in the error to gdrive and post the link here.

Try writing vid_restart into the bootstrapper and see if you can get into the game again. Also, make sure your gpu drivers are updated. What antivirus do you use?

Don't turn off Kaspersky, enable it again and add %localappdata%/Plutonium to exclusions instead. Localappdata is a hidden folder so google how to view hidden folders in win10. You don't need t6r.dll, it became defunct a long time ago and isn't even related to your issue. And if it still crashes, I'm outta ideas.

@Qnite-Sativial I've read it 2 times and you didn't mention that you tried to download the dlcs again. You only mentioned "i tried several times" which me (and of course many others) thought you simply paused and resumed the download and it was still stuck at that same percentage. With that attitude, I'm not gonna try helping you anymore. Best of luck.

@VictorTmelo_ To add to what has already been said the only way to get banned by Steam is if you try to actually fake your license (try to trick Steam into thinking the DLCs are in your library) but having some files in your game won't even be detected by Steam. Basically the game will start, see that you don't own the DLC and won't even bother scanning for DLC files so there is no risk at all.

@HannesC I tried the "exclusion" for windows defender, didn't resolve the issue...
