try changing your dns servers (https://www.windowscentral.com/how-change-your-pcs-dns-settings-windows-10)
try syncing your system time (https://www.groovypost.com/howto/synchronize-clock-windows-10-with-internet-atomic-time/)
try removing the "full name" (caroline schwarzer) in your profile on the forum.
try changing your password

if none of that works i'm out of ideas.

fluffyChocolate usernames are case sensitive so make sure you type in "fluffyChocolate" instead of "fluffychocolate".
