How to customise your Rank, Prestige and Prestige Tokens

Introduction
In order to complete any of this you need to know how to open the in-game console, it is opened by pressing the tilde key on your keyboard (Google this key name if you are unsure what the key looks like). Also make sure you perform these commands while in the main menu, using them elsewhere may cause unexpected behaviour. Pressing tilde will open the ingame console like so:
Setting Prestige
In the console type the following command, replacing hash with the prestige number you desire:
setplayerdata prestige #(The range is 0-20)Setting Rank
In the console type the following command, replacing hash with the experience you desire:
setplayerdata experience #(The range is 0-1746200)

In the console type the following command, replacing hash with the tokens you desire:
setplayerdata prestigeShopTokens #
Note the menu will likely report an incorrect number of tokens, however they will be unlocked to spend and upon spending one the menu count will update.Resetting Stats

Is there a way to do this on BO2 instead? I heard there was a thread here, but I've looked and cant seem to find it.
