Game has the right directory and launches, but everytime something new happens in the bootstapper or sometimes just after a short period of time, the game is minimized and priority switches to the bootstrapper. I can still hear the game in the background, and go back to it but it puts me back again onto the bootstrapper almost right away.

I've looked for bootstrapper related fixes but none did fit my current issue.
