My setup:<br />
I5-8400<br />
GTX 1650 4GB<br />
8GB DDR4 RAM<br />
I think this should perform a lot better than just 130-190 fps.<br />
Even if I change the graphics settings, it doesn't want to move from this scale.<br />
Neither do I have VSync enabled, or maxfps locked below 333 fps.<br />
If anyone could help me with this issue I would kindly apprechiate it.</p>

(Which i don't suggest due to it being at End Of Life).<br />
Windows 10 just has too much going on in the background.</p>
