arizonadrk27 make sure you're on the latest version of pluto, to check this simply look at the boostrapper console or open the ingame console, it should say "r3266". If it doesn't make sure you launch plutonium via plutonium.exe and not via plutonium-launcher-win32.exe (it may have pinned itself to your start menu automatically).
If you are on the latest version try disabling your firewall and any 3rd party av software you may have. As a last resort you can also try using a vpn if you have one.
