I upgraded my GPU to RX 6600 and i'm getting low fps(90-120), but on my previous GPU - 1060, i'm getting 250-300+ FPS, i tried everything in Low FPS document and nothing changed, FPS is still bad, but on Windowed or Windowed Borderless i'm getting 240-250 FPS. What i need to fix that problem?
In-Game GPU Usage is 10-15%
In-Game CPU Usage is 30-40%

Its just the performance on dx9 games is sub par. And i would like to see someone with only a 6600 have perfect 333 fps on all maps without zfar. Because that doesnt exists, the drivers are the bottleneck here.

You can lock your core with MPT / Afterburner but thats about it. Otherwise you have to use zfar if available
