<![CDATA[deselect "create subfolder"]]>What could happen if I didn't deselect "create subfolder"? I was playing plutonium one day and the next day the app just wouldn't load the game at all. The app would just disappear immediately after selecting play. The only step I don't remember doing is the deselection. I also use Mcafee and if there's a way around deleting that, that would be preferred.

Your issue is that McAfee is an awful antivirus and it's deleting the exe.
We highly recommend uninstalling it completely, Windows Defender is far better
