game launches but closes when trying to enter campaign or multiplayer

i get as far as here and then as soon as i press yes, everything closes, i updated directX and added plotonium to exclusions in windows defender.

gadanfar the button to switch modes in the main menu doesn't work, you need to use the launcher to start zombies or multiplayer. campaign isn't supported.

Dss0 thanks, i just want to play zombies but i was just reading an FAQ, are offline and LAN still not supported?

gadanfar you need an internet connection to launch pluto.
