Unable to launch Plutonium Client. It gets suspended

Hello, plutonium launcher suspends a few seconds after opening it.
Here is the version of windows I have, it isn't modified at all, it is the normal iso
I've fully disabled windows defender, installed all the redistributes suggested in pins, I ran the redist installer.bat, and it still doesn't work.
I have restarted 50 times and it still doesn't work, the same thing happens -
I got it working, all I did was switch it to my
desktopfolder
