Progress Not Saving WHATSOEVER

i read another thread saying delete your profile and make a new one, but my game is still only saving half the progress i do in one single session. Last night, my account level was stuck at 11, so i created a new profile and in one session got to level 12. this morning when i opened the game, i am only level 5. Please help, thank you.
