No cargan las partidas del modo zombie y ni del multijugador tanto online y offline

Necesito ayuda quiero jugar, se queda cargando mucho tiempo y me hecha y sale un cartel diciendo "se ha interrumpido la conexión con los servidores de call of duty: black ops 2" y yo antes este juego lo tenia instalado en la misma compu y me andaba lo mas bien.
