You can just join a bunch of servers that already has similar with your friends with randoms. No idea what you mean by double.

You can just host your own with just you and your friends in a custom game?

If you still want to insist on still creating a server, there is already a detailed easy to follow guide on their website. You also need to own the game first of all. Meaning buying it on steam and verifying that you own a license to it.
