BO2 MP not starting, simply runs console for a second and then never starts

When I start the game through Plutonium, it simply runs console, gets to this point:
And then the game window opens up like it's going to start, but it just keeps loading and loading for way too long. Finally I click around a few times, and I get an error message saying "Plutonium Bootstrapper is not responding. If you close the program you might lose information"
I've tried running the game in steam on its own, it works one hundred percent perfectly fine. I've tried verifying the game files through steam, re-syncing through plutonium, re-installing the game AND plutonium, and nothing has worked. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated, because this is one of my favorite games of all time and I'd love to get to play online again!

Try to switch the game to windowed mode.

Xerxes I uninstalled the game, re-installed it and it actually opened in windowed mode. Other than that, no improvement

Xerxes how do i switch it to windowed mode if i cant open it?

By using the cmd window or by editing the config file.

Xerxes I type on the console r_fullscreen 0 and nothing happens, it seems that im missing some files that plutonium is not creating, i only have these in /t6

Xerxes Have there been any more reports of this issue? The game runs totally normal on Steam but I can't get it to work on Plutonium at all. And it's the only game that doesn't work on Plutonium, BO1 and WaW work great.
