no me deja ingresar al juego

no me deja ingresar y cuando intento me aparecen 2 problemas uno es (El programa no puede iniciarse porque falta xinput1_3.dll en el equipo. Intente reinstalar el programa para corregir este problema y el otro es el mismo pero con d3dcompiler)
