when ever i installed plutonium t6 and its not running my pc slows down a little bit, especially when i right click on my desktop and it freezes to a transparent white screen and then stops after i click around a few times

Also that makes no sense, pluto doesn't slow down pc even when it's not running, try opening task manager and look what's eating up your memory.
