have an error in my launcher

When launching Plutonium, I get logged out immediately and receive the following error:
“Could not authenticate to Plutonium: handshake failed – closed an existing connection to the remote host [System: 10054].”
Any ideas what could be causing this or how to resolve it?

I have already tried many things:
– Changing DNS servers
– Testing different antivirus programs in case something is blocking it
– Reinstalling everything from scratch
– Installing DirectX (including older versions)
– Installing all Visual C++ Redistributables
– Checking the firewall and making sure Plutonium is allowed

Everything else seems to work fine, but I just can’t find the cause of this issue.
Any help would be appreciated.
