Driver timeout on BO1 but not really ?

So i noticed that everytime i play BO1 after some time the game close for a second but it dosen't crash.
When i'm finished playing on desktop appear a a notification form amd saying there was a driver timeout.
Now it's not really a problem beside the game closing for a fraction but it's really strange. Is it some error in background form plutonium? can i solve it or is nothing i should be worried about ?
