[ZM] Add the WaveGun to all maps

wavegun in all maps!!! ^_^

• Shangri-la had issues getting the wavegun to work, so I had to remove the babygun and unload some fx
• on cotd and shangri-la when you use the wavegun on zombies it has a water splash effect instead of the wavegun effect (weird glitch ig lol)
