Problema de conexión con amigos COD Zombie 2

Hola amigos, tengo un problema a la hora de jugar COD Zombie 2 con mis amigos. Cuando ellos se unen les tira error de que no se pudo conectar y cuando ellos me invitan a mí pasa lo mismo. Tengo la partida en pública. ¿Alguien sabe qué puede estar causando el problema? Algunos videos en YouTube sugieren que el problema es el NAT, pero aún no lo sé, quizá ustedes tengan la respuesta, gracias.
