<![CDATA[Game feels jerky after alt tab]]>This also happens in BO1 but I literally can't find anything on here except one guy reporting it and being told to use borderless windowed (lol), but alt tabbing in bo1 and 2 seems to cause this weird frame time issue (tested using RTSS) where it feels like it's chugging

is this a known issue and if so, is there a fix for it? i'm using borderless windowed already and i'd bet my house it's not a "my pc isn't strong enough to run an fps from 2012" issue, because it runs fine if you just hold off from clicking out of the window.
