if its possible to add between 20 to 40% chance on getting a random perk on legendary tier and the one tier below it

as in a way to get past 4 perk limit it would be really really more fun on completing them!

also adding more gun variety on different tiers as its only so few

maybe like for first tier youll get worst to bad weapons like SMR (if unlucky) war machine b23r m16 kap40 S12 Barrett (or you could put Barrett in the next tier) Remington ballistic knife (possibly getting m1911 too)

And for the tier 2 guns like five seven mp5 ak74u chicomCQB FAL type25 m8a1 m1216

something like that you can change them however you like it doesn't have to be like this that ive said
