Search for the following commands and replace each one with the corresponding commands given
(keep the quotation marks)

  • r_blur_allowed "0"
  • r_motionblur_enable "0"
  • r_distortion "0"
  • r_dof_enable "0"
  • r_gfxopt_dynamic_foliage "0"
  • r_gfxopt_water_simulation "0"
  • r_glow_allowed "0"

Optional Commands (network optimizations):
cl_maxpackets "100"
cl_packetdup "1" or "4" ~ I use 1 but if you play on high ping servers then do 4

If you can reach a stable 125fps do:
com_maxfps "125"

If you can reach ~90fps do:
com_maxfps "90"

If you are really struggling with frames in any game tbh, purchase Lossless Scaling on Steam and run some variation of Up-scaling method like FSR/DLSS to do 720p to 1080p.
