Last gsc error message ‘loadedfx could not find affect maps/zombie/fx_zombie_tesla_tube_view3_ug - ensure that effect is precached in the server script, and included in appropriate CSVs’

Ye so basically whenever I load up town on WaW after I press click to start mission the game crashes along with plutonium and this message is shown in the crash dump and on screen. It’s literally just this custom map too no others has anyone else encountered this or know a solution? Thank you.
