<![CDATA[Need a staff for recover my acc]]>Hello , I forgot the password for my account, and when I request the password reset email, I never receive it. I've already checked my spam and junk folders as well i use Outlook . Do you have any idea how I can recover my old account? I was able to log in about 6 months ago because I played for a little while. My account is around 4 years old, maybe even older—I don't remember exactly
So after all this time, why would it suddenly stop working?
Also, when I try to create a new account using the same email address, it says the email is already in use. The same happens with my username. So it seems like both my email address and my account are still active

At this point, I'm pretty sure Outlook is the issue. I changed my account's email address to a Gmail address to see if I could receive the email, but I'm still not getting it there either.

My account is verified.
