Install Guide:

Plutonium Way: Press Windows +R and type

%localappdata%/plutonium/storage/t5/images

If you don't have an images folder, create one
Drag and drop the iwi's from the zip into your images folder

Official Cod Files Way: Install and place the iwi files on "Images" where your IWD_43 (or whatever number your mods are on) zip/rar is.
