I am completely locked out of my original account because password reset emails are not delivering to my address.

Because of this, my Steam account is trapped and I cannot play.

Following official admin instructions for this issue, I sent a formal account deletion request to gdpr@plutonium.pw 12 days ago from my personal email address, providing my linked Steam ID so the data could be wiped.
I haven't received a response yet. Could a Lead Administrator please check the GDPR inbox for my email thread? I am happy to provide my email address and Steam URL via private message to any staff member who can assist.
