<![CDATA[PHD Perma-Perk on all Victis maps]]>This is basically a fake perma perk that behaves almost exactly like the real one. It changes the same profile stat Buried uses to record that you've earned phd. Tranzit and Die Rise both check it to grant the permaperk with cross progression!

Tranzit:
Exploding zombies deal no damge
Lava damage is reduced by 50%
