if you can't see the setup button (and it says Play), then you can click the "game settings" text next to the play button to get back to the setup menu... but like i said above, that is only going to bring up a menu for you to tell plutonium where your copy of the game is already installed... plutonium doesn't download anything for you. you have to have the game already for this to work.
