I run two BO1/T5MP dedicated servers and would like their full names to appear in the native in-game ranked server browser:

^0[^7UNSZ^0] ^1TACTICAL CROUCH ^0ONLY
^0[^7UNSZ^0] ^1TACTICAL CROUCH ^0ONLY ^2DLC

These should read “[UNSZ] TACTICAL CROUCH ONLY” and “[UNSZ] TACTICAL CROUCH ONLY DLC”, keeping the colors. The full names were saved in the server-key panel, and after restarting the empty servers both RCON sv_hostname and the public server API returned the full distinct names. However, the native browser displayed both as “[UNSZ] TACTICAL CROUCH”, without the endings. The servers report r5369.

The truncation appears to happen after 31 raw characters, including the color codes. For comparison,
^4[QC]^7Tactical Crouch^1MODDED
is 31 raw characters and displays fully. Our two full names are 37 and 43 raw characters, but only 27 and 31 visible characters.

For now I am shortening our names to TC ONLY / TC ONLY DLC. Is there a supported setting or naming method that allows the full words and colors in the native BO1 browser? Is this a known client limitation, and does the F10 browser handle it differently? I would prefer a supported solution without modifying the client executable or using client DLLs.

Thanks!
