Changing players displayed ranks on a server?

Is this possible? I would like to show league play icon / any possible icon modification that is known of.

@birchy if you want change texutre the only way to do it is client side. If you want put on screen a rank icon you can do it with the shaders. My mapvote menu use shaders to load preview

@birchy sorry for the bump, but via GSC, you can change a players rank. not for sure if you can modify their rank to display a league play icon, but i know for sure you can make it any normal rank/prestige.
