Have the game installed through steam. every time I run the updater I get MSVCP140.ll was not found or VCRUNTIME140.dll, have tried all the fixes I can find i.e. install direct X from redist, installing Microsoft's DirectX 9 etc. Had both BO2 and MW3 Plutonium installed and working before the change to the launcher. please help
