pluto iw5 launched fine yesterday then this happened out of nowhere bin/plutonium-bootstrapper-win32 when i launch the launcher and the update does not finish properly and the launcher crashes without anything popping up. Also this isnt my first time launching iw5 or bo2 on the launcher

If it still doesn't work try deleting the file manually (C:\users\yourusername\appdata\local\plutonium\bin).
If it still doesn't work exclude that folder from scanning in your antivirus software, if you use defender you can follow this video guide https://streamable.com/5giauo.
