Without Vpn the launcher is stuck at checking for saved credentials, after i delete the config file at "%localappdata%/plutonium" i can login, but if try to start a game there is only a loading icon with the text "launching iw5" but nothing happens. If i use vpn everything is working fine but the servers are kicking player with vpn, so i can`t play.

Then just use the VPN to start/update launcher, then turn off VPN when joining servers
