Dss0 idk my account is just not working right like multiple glitches and lag spikes which ik isn't on your end because I've checked everything so its something to do with my account also my stats aren't correct either

can someone tell me why i got banned i got banned last week to i didn't know what i did wrong but i left it just incase i did something i shouldn't have but now it happened again and i for sure have not used anything i shouldn't have but can someone help me out please
