Whenever I get on Black Ops 2 Plutonium and load into a game, I have a very low frame rate at about 30 and it makes the game unplayable. I don't have this problem in any other games like MW3 and even newer games with higher resolutions than this one. Only thing I can think of that can be the problem could be having a high ping over 200.
I'm using an Alienware M16 laptop so it shouldn't be having problems with the frame rate.
What can I do to fix this so I can get back to being able to play the game again?
