Not all files downloaded when installing with Torrent

The top is my folder and the bottom is from the installing guide, the game won't start and I am assuming this is why but I don't know why it would have downloaded this way. Any ideas?

You either didn't let the download finish or you got an error because of low storage or whatever and the download didn't finish
Since your path is pluto_t5_full_game\Plutonium Games I guess it's a user error like you mixing up several folders

If the download says it's finished you can try repairing it by right clicking on it and clicking "verify files" or something similar in your torrent client
