game is stalled on torrent for way to long

when i attempt to download the game its stuck on stalled its been like this for 30 minutes

How to get a torrent to start downloading? (stalled)
- First of all restart your PC
- If it's still stalled then try to right click on the torrent inside the torrent client and click "Reannounce" (or an equivalent).
- If after a few minutes there is no change then your ISP (Internet Service Provider) is probably blocking torrents.
In that case either buy the game/DLC on Steam to download from Steam or use a paid VPN that supports P2P/torrenting like Mullvad VPN.
