T5 Zombies 4 Player Private Match Not Working

Hello,
I tried to play T5 zombies with 3 of my friends but was having trouble. What it looks like is that when there are three people in the lobby and the fourth one joins, one of the three people already in the lobby seems to get kicked out in place for the new person that joined. All of us have our Privacy Settings set as "Open". Is anyone else experiencing this and/or know how to fix this issue? Any help would be great. Thanks!
