WaW doesn't launch properly, I don't have a config file in my documents

Basically when I open WaW through plutonium, I just see a black box in the upper left corner, and then nothing happens. When I tried to fix it, I saw people recommended changing the resolution manually through the config file, but I don't have this file in my players folder. I also see this error in my cmd launcher thing:
Error: Waited 232 msec for missing asset "zombie_electric_shock_overlay".
Error: Could not load material "zombie_electric_shock_overlay".
Error: Could not load material "zombie_transporter_overlay".
Error: Could not load material "water_droplet".
Error: Could not load material "water_dynamic_spray".Here is a picture of my error, with both the cmd launcher thing, and the game itself. I already tried reinstalling the whole game and repairing the files through the torrent. Both BO2 and BO1 work properly.
