Is it possible to open games through a shortcut of plutonium.exe?

for instance i can open bo2 from a shortcut with command arguments to open bo2? and so on?
i know you gotta open the game through plutonium.exe
but it would be nice to see some command arguments like ""plutonium.exe" -t6z"
