Resxt , I mean how to play with controller when I click out of the game, because it only works when I click the game.(sorry, english isn´t my native language)

Just start your game and play, why would you play with the controller while clicking another window? This doesn't make sense -
Resxt because I want to play it at the same time with my brother on the same Pc, with 2 controllers both of games on windowed mode
