False ban? (please read)

Game crashed while loading into mob of the dead, i tried logging in twice it said incorrect password both times then the third try it said i was banned for a week. Is there anywhere i can go to request ban data? Because im certain i didnt have anything running and its pretty unfortunate i have to wait a week for no reason.
