game crashes upon trying to join server with Clinic of Evil custom map

Upon joining a server with Clinic of Evil; I get to the loading screen and the bar fills fully, then is frozen forever. I have the map downloaded, and installed T4M. I have a torrented copy of the game but everything else works fine.

You don't need to install T4M and shouldn't do it, probably.
Plutonium already has T4M functionalities built-inTry to delete the map and download it yourself from the internet, for example from here

https://callofdutyrepo.com/2016/06/22/clinic-of-evil/Resxt The game just attempts to download the server's version. The server uses a version called "sanatorium" while the downloaded version from the link is just called "Clinic of Evil" and I don't think renaming will help.
Either way, why would the server's version not work?

T4 isn't the most stable
Maybe try to load the mod manually yourself (the one from the server) before joining the server
