Downloading Game Settings Infinite Loop Potential Fix

It was an issue I was having with very little solutions, but the following did finally work for me so give it a go
I have the Steam version of BLOPS2, so the following is for that.

Copy your BLOPS2 Game Folder
Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common
Copy the Call of Duty Black Ops II folder, and paste it in the same place, it should by default just call it Call of Duty Black Ops II - Copy -
This step depends if you have the DLC, I did not, which is why I think was getting the issue in the first place.
So if you don't, download the t6 DLC torrent pack from https://plutonium.pw/docs/install/#installing-the-dlcs-bo2
Follow the instructions and remember "don't create subfolder" option in torrent client. Point the DLC files to the copy version of BLOPS2 we made in step 1.
- Finally now point the Plutonium launcher to the copy version of BLOPS2 and for me its been working fine.
Make sure to let the server list load fully before connecting to a game to avoid freezing and crashing issues.
