Access Denied

I've just downloaded and set up the IW5 files but whenever i try to open the game I get an error message saying
boost::filesystem::remove: Access is denied: "steam_api.dll"
Was just wondering if any one knew how to fix this?

check the antivirus, turn off for a while and try executing again

Blub I got the same issue even when placing the game files in the right directory.

BLA23 Manually delete steam_api.dll from your MW3 folder.

ok thank you very much for helping and responding. also sorry to bother you but in bo2 plutonium i get 180 fps when i start playing and if i start playing it again after i close it i get 5 fps this is wierd because my pc is pretty good and runs other modern games at a good fps. any fix? thank you very much man
