How long does your PC need to load into a match?

Well you need to get that loading time below 90 seconds otherwise the servers will time out your connection.

If your game is on an HDD then either defrag it or move it to an SSD
Also connect to low ping servers and get a better internet by using a cable or going close to the Wi-fi
