My Game freezes/crash when i join a server

Hello, i've been playing for a few days and most of the time when i try to join a server (multiplayer and zombies but mostly in multiplayer) my game freeze and lags out i need to open task manager and relaunch the game it keeps happening i need to try 5 time ish for it not to freeze and crash can anyone help me ?

Let the server browser finish to load all the servers before joining one and you won't crash
